You can accept her company, or go solo, but either way, the end of this conversation will wrap up the quest and unlock the following achievement: She'll offer to accompany you to the General Atomics Factory, which she suspects might offer some clues as to the source of these robots. The caravan owner was killed, and now Ada is looking to track down and defeat the Mechanist, who she suspects is behind the new influx of robots across the Commonwealth. Speak with her/it, and she'll explain what went down. You'll come across a fight among a number of different robots, so jump in and wipe out any robot marked as an enemy. The map marker will send you northwest of Bunker Hill, so fast travel to whatever is closest, and head from there. After listening to the message, your quest objective will be to find the caravan that put out the distress signal.
